Zoe, the founder of The PMU Clinic Ltd, has made remarkable strides in the beauty industry, recently being named a multi-award finalist and receiving the National Top 10 PMU Artist award at the UK Beauty and Skincare Awards. She has also been nominated for the prestigious 2025 Hair Loss Specialist Award at the Beauty Full Awards, showcasing her dedication and expertise in the field.
Specializing in Non-Surgical Hair Loss Solutions
Zoe’s clinic offers a range of top-tier treatments, including Scalp Micropigmentation and Permanent Make-Up, focusing on non-surgical solutions that deliver natural, lasting results. She takes great pride in offering personalised care, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to the specific needs of each client.
Founded in April 2024, The PMU Clinic Ltd is led by Zoe, who brings a unique blend of creative and academic expertise to her practice. With a background in fine art and a passion for make-up artistry, Zoe’s work has been featured in both film and print.
However, her journey didn’t stop there. Holding a BSc in Psychology from 2007, Zoe spent over a decade working in the mental health sector, specialising in the care of ex-service men and women with PTSD.
After years of part-time freelancing as a make-up artist, Zoe took a leap in 2017 and gained her first permanent make-up qualifications in Microblading and Eyebrow Permanent Make-Up. She continued to expand her qualifications with a Level 3 VTCT in Anatomy & Physiology and advanced dermal filler treatments in 2019.
Zoe is also committed to keeping her skills updated, being an active member of The PMU Circle and a participant in a 24/7 aesthetics complications management support service, ensuring that her clients are always in safe hands.
Zoe’s extensive experience and in-depth understanding of why clients seek aesthetic treatments allows her to offer a personalised, holistic approach to each individual’s needs.
Her focus is always on achieving natural-looking results, leaving clients with the subtle, refined enhancements they desire — leaving everyone around them guessing.
Continual Learning and Growth
Zoe is committed to advancing her expertise in the field, currently studying her VTCT Level 4 in Trichology, with plans to begin her Level 5/6 Trichology studies in September 2025. Her ultimate goal is to become a qualified Clinical Trichologist, further enhancing the breadth of services she can offer to those seeking hair loss solutions.
