My name is Sophie Ridgway, the advanced aesthetic practitioner and tutor at Sophie Marie Aesthetics, and owner of Sophie Marie Studios, a beauty salon & training academy based in Sale, Manchester.

I love 1-2-1 training! My number one goal as a trainer is for students to feel as supported as possible, both during and after their training. I provide a friendly, calm and encouraging environment, and my courses are 1-2-1 to ensure that training is tailored to each students specific learning styles. This ensures that my students leave their training feeling fully competent and confident in their abilities.

I believe that this individual based approach to training is more effective than large group training, where students may feel anxious to ask enough questions, and often leave without enough practical training and hands on treatment experience.

I am proud to pass high quality students who work safely and effectively into the aesthetics industry.

My courses are also packed with industry & business tips & advice, and I make sure that my students leave with lots of picture and video content to help kickstart marketing their new treatments and business ventures.

I’m looking forward to my first exhibition at National Beauty on the 25th May, where I’ll be offering exclusive exhibition discounts for my courses, and hope to meet some fabulous new potential students!

I opened my first salon, Sophie Marie Studios in December last year- a friendly, inclusive safe space for our clients to unwind, relax and treat themselves!
