Her expertise doesn’t stop there – for the past two years, she’s been helping others in the beauty world grow their businesses, while her popular podcast has reached over 50K downloads, with listeners tuning in from all corners of the globe.
Lauren is passionate about showing beauty professionals that owning a business doesn’t have to be overwhelming. After facing her fair share of challenges—from navigating the pandemic and having to make tough decisions about her staff to rebuilding after her salon burned down—Lauren now dedicates her time to helping others thrive.
